Look at what the top athletes do and you may start to understand the science behind this.
Those of you that say they are elite A great method you won't find anywhere else By Joshua Leeger I've gone through this program several times and always benefited. Now I'm recovering from ACL surgery and will go through this program again.

A great unorthodox way to achieve sport specific fitness. By Einstein I chose this rating as I have a background in fitness science and the exercises in this book are unorthodoxed in movement which I highly believe in for proper body fitness and sport specific exercises. The belief in heavy weight strength training is over rated and makes the pro athlete stronger,but more slower and accessable to injuries in power and force that is generated were with probodx the athlete gets unstable training which provides strength and flexability in all there muscle groups instead of just certain mscles being trained.
